BLACK WALL STREET 100
Building the next 100 years of economic power, education, and community.
A modern continuation of Black Wall Street —built on the enduring legacy of economic empowerment, education, and collective prosperity rooted in history, focused on the future.
What Is BLACK WALL STREET 100
Black Wall Street 100 is a living community dedicated to economic empowerment, education, and collective advancement — inspired by the legacy of Greenwood, Tulsa, and other Black Wall Streets across the country.
This is not nostalgia.
This is continuation.
We bring together entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, and leaders to learn, build, and share resources — using today’s tools to solve today’s challenges.
Why BLACK WALL STREET 100 Exists
Black Wall Street was never just a place.
It was a system.
It was built on:
  • shared knowledge
  • economic cooperation
  • ownership
  • and community responsibility
Black Wall Street 100 exists to carry those principles forward — at a time when new tools like artificial intelligence, automation, and digital platforms can either widen gaps or help close them.
We choose the latter.

History is not studied here for nostalgia.
It is used as a blueprint.

  • implement AI agents and automation
  • scale operations without burnout
  • build infrastructure that supports teams and communities
This is where ideas become execution.
04
Carrying the Torch of Legacy
Black Wall Street 100 exists because the work was never finished.
The original Black Wall Street was built through shared knowledge, economic cooperation, and courageous leadership. When that legacy was violently disrupted, the responsibility to carry it forward did not disappear — it was passed on.
That torch is carried today through:
  • the historical record preserved in the book A.J. Smitherman: Black Gold, Black Wall Street & Black Power
  • the cultural and educational work of the A.J. Smitherman Foundation
  • and the modern tools, platforms, and communities being built through Black Wall Street 100
This is how history stays alive — not by remembering it, but by using it.
The torch does not belong to one person or one generation.
It is carried collectively, with intention.
The Book Behind the Movement
Before Black Wall Street 100 became a modern community, a critical record needed preservation. A.J. Smitherman: Black Gold, Black Wall Street & Black Power documents the life, leadership, and forced exile of A.J. Smitherman — founder of The Tulsa Star and an architect of the original Black Wall Street.
Written by his great-granddaughter, Raven Majia Williams, the book draws directly from:
  • Smitherman’s autobiographical writings
  • original journalism and archival records
  • family-held history preserved across generations
This work provides the historical foundation for Black Wall Street 100 — not as nostalgia, but as a blueprint for economic cooperation, leadership, and resilience.

A Word from the Founder
I’m Raven Majia Williams — entrepreneur, founder and the great-granddaughter of A.J. Smitherman, one of the architects of the original Black Wall Street.
Black Wall Street 100 is personal to me — and it’s also collective.
Just as our ancestors built institutions to serve their communities, we are creating a modern platform to share strategies, tactics, and tools for building generational wealth, well-being, and resilience.
